The tech was very knowledgeable and prompt.
Called in advance to say he'd be there 10 minutes late, professional, fast, least expensive out of all the choices. I'd use him again. Only caveat, I had to clean up the little bits of wire, trash after him.

As it truns out, I didn't need service immediately. Hector talked me through a quick fix over the phone for free, and got me back up and running for the short term. i will definitely be calling and using him again in the future.
