Came into business late afternoon having had a flat tire on my bike. The valve stem had been damaged. The gentleman said he could have fixed right then. An employee helped get bike out of car. 10 minutes job done. Bike back in car. Very satisfied customer. Thank you.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who were very patient while helping me identify parts I needed. It's a bit further than a couple of other LBS around me, but it's worth the extra few minutes. I'll definitely come back again and again.
