Archers is a great spot for service and repairs, there's often a long wait for repairs but sometimes I get my bike back sooner than expected which is nice.
The electric bike company bikes are like new again. The brakes adjustment has made a world of difference

Used their Mobile Service as my new LectriceBike is my only vehicle. Justin performed the 100 mile check-up, made notes and what issues he found. He found rear hydraulic brake pads had chunks missing. I'm guessing manufacturer issue. I notified LectriceBike and they are sending replacements. All good.
