I brought my bike in for a repair, I was told the wait was about a week out When I arrived, they immediately fixed my bike instead of having me drop my bike off and wait, it was a simple repair and it was fixed in under 15 minutes. I REALLY appreciated their promptness and immediate response to my needs!

A+++. Scott at the Mesa store was great. Worked for a considerable amount of time setting up recumbents for my 6'6" height. Had the opportunity to try several models until we found the right one. All in all, a great experience!!!
