I came to your store to purchase a seat stem. The one I originally called about was not in a box or packaging. That didn’t bother me. However, I purchased the longer seat stem because that is what I needed. But it was too small in circumference for the bike. I knew it was a little smaller but it turned out really small and would not stay. I’d had thrown its packaging away figuring that so long has I had a receipt I would be able to do a return. did not fix what i wanted fixed. should wait for eric true mechanic now drag back without bike rack inside my car its a pain rack 900$
