Great experience. No high pressure salesmen. Got the information I needed, without the elitist vibes that some specialty shops can give off. Was in and out with the bike I wanted in less than 30min. Also impressed that they went through everything on the bike and checked it out before sending me on my way.

I was so surprised with an early birthday gift from Archer! My hubby went in early, asked if he could put a banner on the bike & walked me in with my eyes closed. The bike hadn't been purchased yet because my husband wanted to make sure I liked it-OF COURSE I DID!!! Everyone was so friendly & knowledgeable. I was able to take a test ride, go over all the features & get things the way I liked them.
