Beware of shifty pricing tactics The sales person will tell you that your item never goes on sale. Sure enough within a month it's on sale. Then when there IS a sale, they raise the "regular" price, so often the discount is more before the sale. Nice sales staff, good products, but they use bait and switch pricing. You would expect this from used car lot, but not a furniture store of this caliber. Very disappointed

Buyer beware. Expensive doesn't always mean quality. We've purchased from Arhaus twice. The first was a massive wood coffee table with gorgeous inlaid compass rose that we have been very happy with. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I bought a $10,000 sofa sectional unit 8 months ago from Arhaus. They ran out of material when making the sofa so they pieced together the remaining covers. The furninture was delayed atleast a month because of them running out of the fabric. Then when we got it we saw what they had done instead of fixing it right. It looks terrible. I have been trying to get them to fix it...

Unsatisfied Arhaus Customer I have had the worst experience with Arhaus furniture. I give them 0 stars. My husband and I purposely went to them for their quality as well as their lifetime warranty. We spent over 5K for our sofa! Having only used the sofa bed three times, it broke. We filed a complaint on May 16, 2008. After calling them repeatedly, they told us that it looked like customer damage and we would have to pay...
