Pricey furniture, poor customer service and delivery Arhaus furniture has unique and quality furniture, however, they do not have good customer service. It took three (3) sales people to understand how their own products were to be sold. I simply wanted a sectional, and it took two (2) different visits to straighten out what fabric selections were available for this piece of furniture.
