I’ll just put it this way. They have among the worst customer service I have ever dealt with from a furniture store. My wife and I bought a sectional from them in 2021 pre-Black Friday. We are still waiting on it. We were guaranteed that our latest delivery date would be late May. Obviously it is now past that. We did finally get a confirmation on our delivery, but it will end up being 2 1/2 months after the initial guaranteed the latest date.
