I purchased a sectional 2 months ago. I called to check on the status of my order and no one will call me back. I have been emailing for 2 weeks and not one person has responded. Totally unprofessional. I am frustrated and want to cancel my order at this point due to the poor customer service and complete disregard. Had a great experience buying 2 couches from Kim spending $8,000 for our new house and then the guys that delivered it wasn't as white glove services as our Pottery Barn delivery was and it's been a mess with trying to get a new couch! Ball is dropped constantly. If we receive a damaged couch it shouldn't be cleaned it should be replaced. I would recommend Pottery Barn over Arhaus- way better customer service!
My wife and I ordered a couch the first week of December 2020 and we were told at purchase that the couch would be shipped in 10 weeks. 10 Weeks come and we hear nothing, no updates so we inquire. We are informed it will ship in an other 4 weeks and we will be called when it does. I wanted to cancel the order, and the company seemed to not care are said all furniture stores and experiencing delays. I ordered my furniture at the beginning of August, here it is December and I still have not received it. I had confirmed delivery for today, then heard nothing, no number to contact, poor customer service. After leaving a message I finally receive a call, oh you are not scheduled for delivery today, lets schedule delivery. Really??? The store is beautiful. Great customer service!.They even sent someone to fix the upholstery of my new couch when I called to let them know the fabric was loose on the back. They were quickly and it was complimentary.
