We bought six pieces for our living room. All very comfortable. After five or six months, the middle of our sofa began to ‘squeak’ every other time we sat. Arhaus sent a repair team, but it couldn’t be fixed without ruining the sofa. We received an email a few days later asking if we would keep the piece until they finished building a new one, specific to our original order. I had no idea this place existed...it is a wonderland of textures, colors full of elegance and style with magical lamps , rugs and classic cultural pieces a decorative dream come true...have I mentioned that I want to live here? Bravo to the entire team.
I am so thrilled with the level of service and patience here! Annette was so helpful throughout my entire (lengthy) decision making process as I wanted a custom made couch! I probably sat on every single couch and wanted to look at every fabric swatch but she was right there to help the entire way, as was the entire staff! This is a great place, with very high end furniture, that is made to last. The staff make you feel at home and are helpful throughout the process! Looking forward to our PERFECT new couch! �
