We had the best experience at Arhaus of Richmond. There was no sales pressure at all. The designer Marty Thompson took her time in getting to know our tastes and even came out to our house to measure and give suggestions. The delivery crew was the best I’ve ever worked with. Extremely professional and reliable. Marty also came out to assist with furniture placement. The furniture is top quality and I love every unique piece. I highly recommend Arhaus.
I had great service on day 1 - some problems with a few deliveries, and it did take some time to resolve, but after all was said and done, Arhaus corporate really made things right. Nothing big - human error(s) really, and the bottom line is the furniture is something we truly love and thats what matters. Thanks for seeing it through, Arhaus!
