I had an outstanding experience with Ashley at the store. She worked with me, even though I didn’t live in Naperville. She helped me with a design, including measurements. She was so patient and thorough with prices and details. She gave me several options and worked with me virtually. She should be recognized for her amazing customer service. It was my first time shopping at Arhaus and after working with Ashley, I will definitely be shopping there again! Thank you!!
We had the most wonderful experience with Ashley Roedl at the Naperville store. She is very knowledgeable and hard working. She met with us at our house several times and and the store to help us pick out the most amazing furniture for our new home. She is a pleasure to work with and i highly recommend getting in touch with her if you need help with furnishing a room/house!!
I guess I'm not exactly sure what my expectations were coming in to this store, but boy did Kelli and her team just knock it out of the park. Kelli helped measure and custom design our bedroom and present a few options for us to chose from. Delivery for the in stock items arrived on schedule and the delivery team were some of the best I've dealt with. I've had such a great experience with Arhaus in Naperville. The attention to detail and service expressed by the in-store team-Liz, Ashley, Kelli- all the staff- has been exceptional. Taking the time to work with me to consider and re-consider and make recommendations based upon really listening to me and my needs was so appreciated. I am very good hands with this team. What a pleasant experience! My second purchase in just a few months.
I have had a Fantastic experience in the Naperville location from the moment I walked in as I was greeted by a great staff but mostly I will have to attribute it to the brilliant Designer "Ashley"! It is refreshing to see her in action, as she works, you can tell she is really thinking about your space and really gives you options but suggests what will look the best.
