The staff here is super friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to find just what you’re looking for and if they don’t have it in store they start you a wishlist and call you when it comes in. Unbeatable quality and service. Delivery guys are efficient and friendly too. 5 stars!!!

We were very happy with the pieces we found at Arhaus The Loft. Marlene was wonderful! She was attentive, yet gave us the freedom to look around. I would have given them five stars, but our experience with Route 62 Deliveries was terrible. We purchased a sectional and table and they said they couldn't fit sofas around a corner, that was completely clear. Said we had to take banister off. They propped up large sofas in another room and left. My 100 lb. daughter and friend moved sofas in living room within five minutes ... read more
We know that this place is hit or miss, but we were very lucky with our finds and certainly glad about the additional discounts offered at the Loft.
Great prices and selection .. ask for Marlene she is the best , if they don't have what you want she will contact you when it comes in
