I cannot stress this enough, I would never purchase an item from the Arhaus Loft or Arhaus again and I recommend that you don’t either. I made a large purchase at the Loft (spent thousands of dollars on multiple items) and had the items in storage for several months before moving into my new apartment. I have purchased multiple items from this location, the one in Columbus, and the regular Arhaus online and in store. Saturday morning I called to have a piece of art held, drove 3.5 hours there only to arrive and they sold it. I called as they opened and tried to tell me it sold prior to my call. The manager basically told me I was out of luck and had nothing more to say. I arrived expecting to furnish an entryway, bedroom, and office, but chose not to shop as I was very upset.
