High marks for a local dentistry practice! I have been going for checkups for years and the occasional cavity filling. Recently, a problem tooth that had been a minor bother for years and my previous dentists (two for fifteen years) had ignored or said I may not be able to fix with a crown finally splintered and I had to have one put in. Cannot say enough positive things about Ariel Dental! Dr. Jamie Stauss is very professional yet extremely gentle and I love the way she talks you through the process. Her work is state of the art and she is efficient as well as thorough. Highly recommend this practice, I would give it more stars if I were able!

We highly recommend this dentist office. We have been coming here for years. All my children are comfortable with both husband and wife. They are very patient with my son who has ADHD I am so thankful for this place. The Hust/Almaguer family

So happy it's so close by! We needed a world class dentist right in town. Dr. Stauss does amazing work and Theresa knows insurance like noone else.

I've given this practice more chances than deserved and don't have much good to say. They have cancelled and rescheduled almost every appointment I've had with them. Even appointments that have been confirmed - I've shown up and they will only have a hygienist available and then they'll ask me to come back for an actual dentist. The hygienists are nice enough, but don't make up for the terrible management. Do NOT recommend.

A whole lot of negatives dealing with an emergency situation. Got blown off with receiving some much needed care . Got lectured on a message left on my phone which contained misinformation on their part . Called 2 other Smilist dental offices and was told to go to a first care facility . At the very least they should've contacted my dentist directly so that she could prescribe an antibiotic. I'm 75 and I'm not stupid . I know whats going on with my body . Terrible place. Both my wife and I began going to Ariel several years ago. After our first visits we were both told we needed extensive work on our teeth. Neither of us have ever had any dental issues. My wife switched to another dentist about three years ago who told her that her teeth are very healthy and she does not need any dental procedures done. I had an appointment last week to get a checkup, but the dentist decided to turn it into an appointment to look at one tooth, which I did not ask for- its not even the problem. The "one xray" turned into 6. When the dentist said "just one more" I replied "Thats' what the tech said the last 5 times" The dentist said "we only took 3 xrays", and I said, "more like 6 or 8" at which point the tech said "It was only six"- The dentist continued insisting it was only 3, and started whacking my teeth with the metal handle of a tool, ... read more
