My appointment for an extraction (i.e. getting a tooth pulled) was for 2 p.m. The waiting room was full, no seats. A bad sign. The receptionist said they were "a little behind." I was finally ushered into the examining area at 4 p.m. Another patient's moaning and crying in pain lasted at least until the oral surgeon began my procedure at 4:30. It's too soon to comment on the oral surgeon's ability, but the office experience was horrendous. I didn't leave the dentist's office until 5:30. My husband had a tooth pulle... read more

The worst dental experience in my life. The dentists both want to pull teeth that have nothing wrong with them, want to do other work I do not need. I went in for xrays, they kept having to take the same ones over and over, saying they weren't good. I am a gagger, but they just kept it up. When I said I'd never had to go through that before the dentist told me I'd never had good xrays before!!! Even though I've had them in that office. They are just after the money. I will never go back.

Like many business's, service has gone down since Covid. HOWEVER..I expect more from a dentist. This office is overkill! You can't get an appointment and if you don't VERBALLY confirm your appointment, they cancel it! They send emails and a text and call you MULTIPLE TIMES! A simple "reply with yes or no to confirm" should suffice!! It's just not what it was... hoping they can improve, otherwise we will be looking for a better, easier dental office to deal with! I just don't understand! Such a ridiculous experience! I got a call because they had a cancellation. I had one cleaning left on my insurance for this year so I was thrilled. I had just had another total check and cleaning less than 4 months ago. Sat in chair, young hygienist said hello and explained she'd start with x rays on top. I said I was there for a cleaning, just had x rays and wasn't interested in more radiation to my head and that my insurance wouldn't cover it so soon. They refused to clean my teeth! While driving to my appt., and a few minutes away, I called at my appointment time to inform them I may be 10 minutes late because of inclement weather (heavy snow in the mountains the night before and not all roads plowed). The receptionist told me to hold as she had to speak to the hygienist to find out if they could still take my appt. When she returned to the phone she explained that they reschedule after 10 minutes late. I really enjoyed this office and staff- however there customer service is less than. I made an appointment for a cleaning 6 months ago- the day before the appointment i called to confirm. They told me they did not have a hygienist for my appointment. Cancelled the appointment and said they can't reschedule me until July. Poorly managed.

First off my dentist Brett is great I had no issue with him. Otherwise Horrible experience. Was grossly over billed for a procedure that was never completed due to COVID. Beginning of March the inexperienced periodontist cleaned out my tooth and applied some medicine inside the tooth. Then closed it back up. The infection was so bad I got sick and missed an entire week of work. I had to call the doctor on his personal phone three times to convince him I needed medical attention. hygienist was great - dentist was alright - front desk was sub par. I felt like I was being judged since I walked through the door. I also paid for my first visit even though they weren't able to do anything since I am pregnant (which I told the front desk when making my appointment). It may stink to drive farther but I would go elsewhere.
