Dr Ostad and his staff are amazing. So professional, friendly and caring. They made me feel like I was the most important patient. I would highly recommend this practice!!
On my first visit as a new patient I was immediately comfortable in the office as the front desk staff greeted me by name and with a smile. Dr Ostad’s assistants were charming, informative and thoughtfully asked questions and listened to my concerns. Unfortunately a basal cell carcinoma was found on my first visit after a simple slide was made. Provided all information so I could fully understand the diagnosis, the recommended procedure and the results. Performed a very complex Mohs surgery in a delicate location on my nose next to the corner of my eye and so far I am very pleased with the result.
I have been going to Dr. Ostad since he first diagnosed a mole as melanoma 16 years ago. He is one of the most compassionate and skilled surgeons across any specialty I have ever met. He always makes time to answer any questions or concerns I may have, and his staff is very helpful. I moved out of NYC 11 years ago to the Philadelphia suburbs, but I have maintained my twice yearly maintenance skin checks.
Dr. Ostad came highly recommended to me and the recommendation was well-deserved. I am very comfortable with him and his approach to my skincare needs. I would be happy to recommend him to others in need of a conscientious dermatologist.
