A friendly, warm and professional staff who are always on hand to be helpful. Dr Ostad is a compassionate person who inspires trust and confidence.
I had a sudden growth on one foot. It was sometimes painful. I phoned Dr. Ostad at about 8:30 am this morning, and made an "emergency" appointment for 1:30 pm this very afternoon. I was taken right on time, examined, and thankfully the growth was only a callous. It was treated immediately and followup instructions were given. Absolutely first-class treatment!!! This is how medicine should be.
Always confident in Dr. Ostad's knowledge and professionalism. Nursing and office staff are helpful and pleasant.
Dr. Ostad is THE BEST. I have used him for both medical and cosmetic issues and the results for both have been amazing. He is a wonderful human being and an insanely talented doctor. You will not be disappointed!!
My experience could not have been better. Superb! The Reception staff, the Nursing staff, Doctor Ostad, and the actual surgery: simply magnificent. Dr Ostad did Moh’s surgery on my face last year and I cannot even see the scar. Unfortunately, I have to have more surgery this year. His concern and empathy are comforting and I am confident in his ability. In addition his staff are all professional and caring, as well.
