Dr. Ostad Is an extremely knowledgeable doctor, kind to patients and willing to take the time to explain procedure. I have been a patient for close to 20 years and willingly travel from another state for appointments.
On April 25, 2019, Dr. Ostad used Moh’s surgical technique for extraction of a basal cell carcinoma on my nose. After excision, he had to perform extensive reconstruction due to the tumor’s large size. During the whole procedure, Dr. Ostad kept me well informed about the various stages. The office staff extremely competent, friendly and helpful. The waiting area is comfortable with complimentary snacks I have had 3 surgeries to remove basal and squamous cell cancers, including one on my face, with Dr Ostad. Each one healed quickly and well with virtually no visible scarring.

Dr Ostad is wonderful in every way - an extraordinary physician with an artist's eye and a surgeon's skill. He is also a kind and caring person who is responsive to your questions and concerns. He did a successful Mohs surgery on my husband and an equally successful CO2 laser treatment on me (which surpassed my high expectations)! The nurses are also exceptional - patient, helpful and kind.
