Dr Ostad is excellent. I have seen him for both my annual skin check and for pre-cancerous lesions. His office is beautiful and his staff members are excellent, too.
Dr. Ostad’s skills go beyond the ordinary. He has a kind and knowledgeable staff as well.
He does my skin cancer removals with exceptionally fine cosmetic work.
I have been going to Dr. Ostad for about a decade for regular skin cancer checks and have also had some cosmetic laser procedures. Most recently I had several benign masses removed. His staff is incredibly well trained, I (and my husband) have never waited, I get my questions answered promptly and thoroughly. He expresses concern for my pain levels at every step, pausing to reinject lidocaine if necessary with no obvious rush, for example. I cannot recommend highly enough!
Had a wonderful visit with Dr Ostad with excellent results. He is very patient with me and answers all my questions. He listens to my requests and recommends what can be done to correct it. His staff is excellent and very helpful. I have been seeing Dr Ostad for many years and will continue for many more.
Overwhelmingly impressed with Dr. Olstad’s expertise and facility! This is the highest level of treatment!
Doctor skill set seems very high. Nurses quite nice front desk person not so much. Unfriendly on phone, slightly better in person need someone super friendly and helpful as the greeter face of company or train her better. Maybe needs update on laser machines seems to be using older type things that have some bad reviews.
Another 6 months has come and gone. I mark time now by my semi annual dermatology checkups. Always a true joy to see Dr. Ostad. Clean bill of health again!! Even though he does not participate in Medicare I still go and fight with Medicare for my reimbursement, which I do receive after many months of fighting with the Government. Would not leave his practice even if I did not file with Medicare!
The office is beautiful and modern. The staff is personable and welcoming. Dr. Ostad is extraordinarily skilled, knowledgeable and compassionate.
