Verified Renter The apartments are in excellent in layout and ease of cleaning. The inside of the unit is very nice and quiet. The amenities are clean and very accessible. No complaints at all.

We now transferred to the Highlands Ranch, CO location and they have also exceeded our expectations. Most friendliest, quickest, professional, and compassionate team! We would recommend Arium to anyone, and we have already!
Verified Renter I love living at the atrium its a great location I can find everything I need within 5 mile radio's. Mostly pepole I meet are nice friendly and the staff and the maintenance are quite friendly the gym is really nice and clean can't wait for this summer to try out the rest of the clubhouse

It is very convenient to my children and their families; I am very comfortable here and really enjoy my location in the complex. The grounds are kept very clean---shoveling in the winter and mowing in the summer and am very pleased with the new face-lift we have gotten this year.
