RecommendedI have been stay in this apartment complex since 2020. I can honestly say that I love the neighbors and most importantly the apartment complex staff, Candi, Meagan, Kenny and Buddy. When ever I need something or have a work order they are very reliable and quick with tending to my needs. Thank you to my amazing staff and a special shout out to Buddy, I appreciate you!
Morehead West is an awesome community that is perfect for me. Awesome fitness center and pool. I love the sky lounge and the staff in the office are all so nice. Thanks. The location is great.

I haven't even moved in yet and the service from Shane is fantastic! He is super helpful and has provided me with all the information I needed to make my move-in process smooth sailing! He helped me get my move in fees, apartment dimensions and insurance information all set. I will definitely write another review once I move-in (that's why only 4 stars) but as far as the move-in process, great price, great service and I can't wait to move in!
Going on two years with MW and they keep getting better. The property manager and assistant are wonderful and always keep an open line of communication. Access to the highways are excellent. It takes me 12 minutes to get to University during rush-hour. Tanning by the MW pool is the best CLT has to offer -- you'll get optimal sunshine ALL DAY, unlike most complexes. Going on three years as a resident and I love it. The staff is great and keep an open line of communication with me regarding the community. They are constantly updating the amenities! My dog loves going to the dog park and I frequently use the yoga studio!! You can't beat the proximity to shopping, food, and uptown!! I would recommend Morehead West to anyone searching for a great community with lots to do around it!

We are very happy with morehead west! We just renewed our lease for another year. The new management is great about getting back to you with issues and problems. They send a lot of communication to keep you in the loop. The apartments are also extremely nice and updated! I would highly recommend!
Best apartment experience I’ve ever had! The management is extremely helpful and friendly. Our move in process went so smoothly and we had no issues as we have had with other leasing offices. The facilities are beautiful, from the pool area to the gym and the club house, I wouldn’t change anything! My favorite part is the free Starbucks to keep me up in the morning. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
