Complex has so many bugs that I already gave up killing them because I know it will not even make a difference. I still kill roaches in the apartment because they are really discusting. Outside I think it is a war we already lost, there are so many of them. Disgusting service. I completed my application application and advised the leasing manager Denise upfront that my score was lower due to me being on a Visa and not having enough credit history. She assured me that they would look at income along with credit history independently. I had to call back for an answer for 3 days after paying the credit application fee. One of the worst places to live, please don't fall into this trap!
Cons: The dog park is AWFUL. Its a big area but its completely run down. They need to fix it up and make it usable. It's not safe, i have seen many snakes inside the dog park due to it being completely run down (maybe put in the artificial grass or something that stays nice. The stuff they use around pools). It has a ton of potential if they just did something nice with it. The playground attached to the dog park is awful as well.
