**Extremely Disappointed as a Long-Term Resident** I’ve been a resident at Arium Lake Johnson for quite some time, and I must say that my experience as a renewing customer has been nothing short of frustrating. It took TWO MONTHS to get my dryer fixed, and that only happened after I posted a public review to get your attention. Arium Lake Johnson claims they have no record of me living here but in fact I do. I have proof and pictures of everything I need to hold you accountable for the terrible living conditions my family has been placed in. I am a pregnant woman who was put in these awful living conditions and Everyone will see in due time that this is not over.
Terrible Terrible. We had only been here 10 days and the service here is awful. The apts are nothing like they say. For starters we were told we would be getting a remodeled apartment with a microwave. Nothing about it is remodeled and we don’t have a microwave. Nothing was fixed. Stove doesn’t work properly. It took the office days just to get maintenance to fix what should’ve been fixed before we moved in and things still aren’t working. Apt was dirty filled with cob webs and dead roaches.
