The best customer service in town hands down!!!!
Went with a group of friends. Food was not prepared as ordered and had to be sent back twice. Very salty. Food not worth the money, so thankfully was there with good friends and still enjoyed our first dinner out since the pandemic.
You got to try the wagu ribs they were amazing, fell right off the bone. The server Hector made our eavning perfect.
We sat in the main dining room for the first time. It is a lovely room! Our meal was fantastic! Oysters, caviars, shrimp and cowgirl ribeye were delicious! Janine was our server and she is too notch. Michel Arnette and Chef Stephen stopped by our booth to chat with us for a bit too. What an awesome experience to have as we are starting to see seeing a light at the end of this tunnel of Covid-19. 🤞
We live in the general area and really enjoy the restaurants run by Michael Arnette and his Word of Mouth team. We have been to Arnette’s several times and always have a good experience. Of course you need to know what you are getting....very high priced dinner and drinks that are on-par but not necessarily better than many other nice steakhouses in Buckhead and around Atlanta. Food, service, and ambiance were great. Unfortunately, there's a lot of forced 'nickel-and-diming' going on here, and it left a bad taste at the end of an otherwise nice meal. An example of this: I ordered two glasses of bourbon--one glass with ice, and one glass without. I was charged $2 for the ice cube in one glass, and I was also charged $2 for no ice in the other glass. How else can I receive bourbon in a glass lol? We celebrated our anniversary with a great experience at Arnette’s! From the initial greeting to the dessert, everything was great. We were lucky enough to get seated at a booth in the bar, where the vibe was fun and yet not too loud. The waiter was great( I can’t recall his name) and offered some good suggestions on the wine and food. We came for the steaks and were not disappointed! we love this beautiful restaurant and more than happy to support our neighbors. Last Friday we were a bit disappointed... the Tuna Crudo was too fishy :( Food was just OKAY... service was excellent!!
