A very fun establishment right at the end of a street that you had no idea it was there. From the valets, greeters, and servers all working in tandem to make our evening enjoyable. The group, Word of Mouth, is aptly named because we have mentioned Arnette's Chop Shop several times since our visit.
This place is truly a hidden jewel in Brookhaven! The menu is not very extensive, however what is on the menu is very good. For the appetizers I had the ribs, which were very tasty and a little fatty. My wife had the east coast oysters which were delicious. For my main course I had one of the specials of the night “The Cowboy”, which was cooked medium rare, although I asked for medium and it could have used a little more salt. This is the upscale , tasty food and “homey feeling” experience all in one... the food is amazing, the staff is friendly and accommodating. I’ve been here by myself, date night and with my family...Would not normally take our 4 year old to any restaurant, but would recommend couples with kids here, because they will make you and your family feel welcomed , even if your little one is a bit naughty.
This is my 3rd visit to Arnette’s within the past 30 days. Our server Bobby was amazing. He’s very personable, attentive, and made great recommendations. The food is amazing along with the drinks. I’ll be back soon!
We took our son for his 8th birthday, which fell on Easter Sunday, since his favorite meal is a good steak. The server was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The food was delicious. The birthday boy devoured the special dessert and didn’t even share!
10+ will be back next time in ATL. Loved everything about it.
Great food and service. The price and noise level were both quite high. Expensive night out, and we will be back (give us a year to save up).
My steak (filet) was delicious and very tender. My boyfriend had the Cowboy Ribeye and said it as chewy. The lobster mac and cheese is really good, but a little too salty. Overall, it as a good experience and the food is good (loved the roaster shellfish platter).
We enjoyed our experience, with the open air seating and great choices for everyone for their meals.
