We bought a coupon. A date and time was set and he arrived and both were kept. We have Leyland cypress trees which leave a substantial amount of debris on the steepest section of our roof and in the gutters. I wasn't home when the man came to do the work, but my husband was. When I go home he raved about the man and the work he did to clear the roof and gutters. We are keeping Arocon Roofing's number and will call him back next year. It was really one project that was split because we have a kind of complicated roof. There are a lot of factors involved in selecting a roof but the main reason I selected them is that they provided a line of shingles that I wanted that not every other roofer in our area was experienced with. They had training from the product supplier and a good warranty. Will was very knowledgeable and helpful about my roofing issues. He found some major gaps around the venting and sealed them up above and beyond what the service covered. We went over pictures of what he'd found topside and he made recommendations for future repairs. He cleared out a major gutter blockage in the back and even trimmed my tree back a little.
