I'm extremely pleased that I chose to call Arocon again to have the roof on my new house inspected and repaired. The technician Hunter was awesome. He was very personable, efficient and really knew his stuff. Will Moore called me about 10 minutes before he was due to arrive and he arrived on time. Will was professional and performed the service promptly. This is the second time I have used Arocon and will be using them again for any of my roofing needs. A complete roof inspection and gutter cleaning.
unknown I purchased a gutter tune up and cleaning. I was mainly concerned about the gutter on the front of my house that is not draining properly. Jason Easton was the technician that came out and he did an excellent job cleaning the gutter and confirmed that the front gutter had an issue. He tried to make a temporary correction which was appreciated. I received an estimate for replacement gutters that I hope to take advantage of as soon as money permits.

unknown Highly recommend for roof (tear-off) and gutter replacement. We had the sales associate come in and we were quoted a reasonable price. We had a quote for over $30,000 from another company a few days prior. The roof was done in a day. (Side note: if you have a dog, please make arrangements for the dog to be out of the house while this is happening. We are green homeowners and made a mistake and allowed our dog to stay home. unknown First scheduled appointment got cancelled due to inclement weather. The Rep called and rescheduled, she was responsive and courteous. The technician showed on time did his work. He shared before and after pictures of the fixes and walked me through them. I liked the work he did.
