Very easy to work with. They came out quick, provided a quote which was well explained and then did the work and cleaned up in a very timely manner. I wish I could say all contractors I have worked with were this easy to do business with.
The estimator was very good, explained the job thoroughly. The work proceeded as soon as weather allowed. The two roofers were skilled and efficent. The finished job looks very good. Our future rainstorms will be the ultimate test.
Although there was a bit of a slight delay in setting up an appointment initially, I was delighted to see that AROCON replaced the ridge vent on a saturday (when we were not even home). My parents were quite impressed with Eric's demeanor and attitude and we will definitely keep AROCON in mind for anything else that may come up in the future. Thank you. -- JK
Eric the co-owner was very friendly and professional. He's very customer serviced-focus and they charge very reasonable rates. The crew is very friendly and the craftmanship is excellent. I would definitely use them again for future projects!
I want to let all know that Arocon is the BEST contractor I have ever done business with. The VP Eric was the person I had contact with and he did an amazing job. I had three quotes on my small roof repair job; and only Eric actually got his ladder out and assessed the damage of my leaky roof. The other contractors just quoted me a flat rate just to go up on the roof, not including the materials and such to fix the problem. Arocon was very professional. First of all, they called me promptly to set up a time to look at my roof. Second, they came on time. Eric explained and showed me where the problem was and how it can be fixed. He fixed it quickly and efficiently and showed me the repair on his camera. So, I was able to see a before and after shot.
