They were prompt and courteous, but a small problem continues to exist in the gutters.
Came and finished on time. No further problems would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

Excellent communication. Excellent work. Took photos before and after and emailed them to me. Roof and chimney photos. It has rained hard since the work was completed. No leaks. I would recommend them. Also the chimney work was done by Bruce Meller. Excellent work. Both cleaned up afterward. Thank you Service Magic! You make my job easier.
Having an itemized repair order on the proposal was what sold me on Aracon. the before and after pictures were also critical, as I would not have been able to get up and see the work that was done. Highly recommend!
Eric (the co-owner) was phenomenal! First, he came to my home on a frigid and windy day and climbed on my roof to give me an assessment. Then, the day before one of worst blizzards in Maryland history (Feb. 2010), he and his crew completed my roof job in a couple of hours! The price was very fair and my roof (with 28 inches of snow on it) is in great condition. You will not be dissapointed!
Eric one of the owners can to my house on schedule basically to give me an estimate. However, he was able to fixed the problem which was a hole in the vent gasket or something like that. He took pictures before and after to let me see his work. He is very friendly and I thought the job was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
Eric was pleasent, professional and explained everthing to me. I even had different options available for the work I wanted done. THE WORKERS SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WORKED VERY HARD EACH DAY THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE !!!!
