Mel went above and beyond to provide me roadside assistance when one of my tires blew out on Mother's Day when I was traveling near Dateland, AZ. He drove over two hours to meet me there and installed a spare, then followed me most of the way home (over an hour). When my new rim and tire were ready, Mel brought the wheel to my home and installed it on my vehicle.
