David Koritan at Arrowhead Cadillac was amazing! Patient, kind, information and kept me up to date on the progress regarding purchase of my vehicle.. I will definitely keep his number and go back when I am ready for a new vehicle.. and I would also refer anyone to him!

I had taken my car in for a standard oil change and to check the AC. Jim Buckner was my service advisor and he was outstanding. He contacted me to let me know of the issue with the AC and immediately put me in to a loaner as the repair would take several days. He provided updates throughout the process. I have always received excellent service at Arrowhead Cadillac and would highly recommend them. I usually deal with Mike Tenant but he was off that day. He is outstanding as well.
