I had an early morning appointment service and the check-in was rather quick. The customer service waiting area was .... -just a waiting area. The goodies for the waiting customers are no longer there (mini breakfast burritos, etc). there were 6 donuts there, but I do not consume those any more - so , they really were not available for me. My wait time was 90 minutes for the service I selected.

Everybody went above and beyond great service to take care of our radiator issue. Checking on parts, providing a beautiful new loaner Cadillac, and keeping is updated of their progress. Could not be happier with the service and workmanship. Will not take my truck anywhere else, ever.

Some people tend to shy away from dealership service but I've never had any complaints and have not taken my Cadillac anywhere else. Always a great experience!
