When my vehicle broke down on the road I call Jim Buckner at Cadillac, he arranged for a tow truck to come out and pick up my vehicle and take it to Cadillac to get it fixed. Thank you Jim for your help you have always been a great help to me and my son will regards to our vehicle

Very professional service manager. Took care of the problem in a timely manner. Need to fix the refrigerator so that customers can enjoy Jimmie johns mini subs while waiting.
