Jessica was extremely helpful in scheduling our appointment and offered us a loaner car if needed. Our Service Advisor Steven listen to our concerns and got us diagnosed and back on the road. Steven was positive and friendly which is not what we have experienced at other Cadillac Dealers.

Got my oil changed and tires rotated. Waited for my car. They even washed it when they were done. Very nice waiting area and everyone was really nice.
