They found the problem right away and had the parts. Took me home because it would be several hours to repair. They brought the car back to me. Very good experience.

Todd, our service guy for this specific trip, was awesome in staying in contact and going into detail on our mechanical issue. We questioned the mechanics hours to fix the issue because we never got a check engine light, and I was able to still drive the vehicle even with a severe oil leak - still showing oil in the car. He even arranged for us to meet with the mechanic - James to discuss in further detail the issue with our vacuum pump that not only went out but shattered into chunks.
