Arrowhead Cadillac's maintenence rep, Bora Cummings, is an excellent person to work with. She's quick to inform and completely understanding when describing mechanical concerns. We're not leaving Cadillac anytime soon.

I don't know if a complete car inspection was done; I never received any feedback from service advisor. Also I was told that the job needed to be complete was going to take 3 hours and at the end, the car stayed overnight and I was promised the car was going to be delivered to my house the next day between 8 & 9 am; it didn't happen. I went to the dealer to pick it up and waited for about 1 hr.

Great Cadillac service, staff is professional, friendly and timely. Just beware buying cars from Arrowhead Cadillac. Sales people we dealt with have no interpersonal skills, do not explain and clarify what service are covered by purchasing vehicles and cause a negative buyers experience.
