While the service took much longer than anticipated, the service department team was very polite and I feel confident my car was fixed correctly and new problems were discovered and they took the time to determine these 2 problems are covered by my extended warranty. Very pleased.

I was met promptly, lead to the waiting area and was shown the coffee and snack bar what was a complete surprise. Service was done in a timely matter, was told all maintenance was up to date. Was impressed how clean my car was brought back to me. I will definitely use Arrowhead Cadillac Service again and recommend them completely, thank you.

Was able to get an appointment quickly when the check engine light went on. Problem solved and car returned after complimentary wash.

Todd and his maintenance people are incredible and I will never have anyone else service my vehicles. They are the best. They take care of my vehicles like the vehicles are their own. The prices are reasonable and what they service is in my best interest.
