The repair was fixed timely, correctly and under warranty. I have bought three vehicles from this dealership and have been pleased with each purchase. This business is run efficiently and treats the customers like guests. This dealership is the Cadillac of dealerships.

I cannot say that I am thoroughly satisfied with my most recent experience with the service department of Arrowhead Cadillac. I initially made contact with the service department because of a problem with my electronic key. Somehow my car was not reading the presence of the FOB. After 2 trips to the dealership and having a number of issues addressed while speninding $1,453.14, the initial reason for the visit to the service department. I would characterize myself as an unsatisfied customer.
