My service advisor, Jim, was fantastic. The communication was awesome and I was never in doubt about where we were in the process. In addition to the repairs there were two unknown open recalls that were completed as well. The cost of repair did not exceed the estimate.

I have been purchasing Cadillacs for 15 years with them. They haven't failed me yet. I used the same salesman (Mike Martin). Arrowhead Cadillac is a 1st class dealership. I encourage anyone who's in the market for a Caddy, give them a try 1st and you will not be disappointed. Also, Todd in the service department is a champion. Arrowhead Cadillac is the best dealership on the western part of the US. Thank you all for always giving us the 1st class treatment.
