I picked up my car after having the dashboard installed to discover my white leather was covered in oily black fingerprints all over! I asked for them to clean it which they ghosted me..had to get a detail as the oil would not come off with a wash cloth.
Car got towed in cause rear differential broke mounts. Thought we could get a loaner car from them so didn't even think to ask. I finally do and was told they have none. Had my car for almost a month borrowing and paying for rides. Finally it gets done and we show up to get it. Lady is separating dealer plates on the counter im assuming their rentals? Ron was incredibly rude and told me he had to keep my car for a day. He then proceeded to tell me that I shouldn't have booked it through the app; instead, I should have called. However, his boss intervened and did his job.

Horrible! I wouldn't even give it a 1 star! The service technician by the of Dan is beyond rude! Also on another visit the service technician by the name of Jim tried arguing with me saying i didnt have an appointment when i had a text message confirmation

Service on vehicle was good. Then the car sat waiting for me to be notified that it was done. I could see my car for at least 30 minutes before I was notified that it was ready. Not acceptable!!!
