sirius xm not working. We were in touch with them, they have my CC #. Now what Old people don't remember sxxt have no idea what buttons do what. Suggestion write a short pamphlet regarding. There's no sticker on inside of widow when it needs to be serviced. I dont go by the book provided by Cadillac, i do it sooner.

When I picked up my car the inside of my escalade had grease everywhere. I told my service writer and he sent 2 guys to clean it but they didn't do a very good job at all. I went home and cleaned it myself.

I like having a dedicated person to work with. I am frustrated that only 1 of 4 repairs were completed in the two weeks they had my car.

Waited 4 months To get my Car back Poor Communication Skills Tried to charge Me $600 to get my car back After I was Told Part Was On Back order After I Agreed To Pay $2800 For All Three items Once Part Came My Price Doubled From $2800 to $5800 I Can't get my car back Till Bill is paid, Saying I'll need Just A Wire To My Camera So Two Modules A Camera and A Wire $5800 no way, Happy they went thru the Recorded calls it Came To Be True $5800 was never discussed
