Everything went smoothly. The only issue was there was only one key for the car. I ask if they would get a second key. The salesman said he would check. I have been waiting since June 19th for an answer. Not real happy about that.
I liked the fact that the service technician was not satisfied with the repair and started the process over to perform the repair a second time. It took a bit longer than I would have liked but everything was completed to my satisfaction. I had more than the repair done so that's why it took a few days, but everything was done very well. I appreciate that. I will be returning to Arrowhead Cadillac for my service needs in the future.

I like the ease making the appointment. The service is done right the first time. The service agent is excellent. The dealer waiting area is clean and comfortable.
The service Tech followed through on what I needed done, work was done in a timely manner, and I was provided a loaner vehicle so I didn't have to wait at the dealership for several hours while my car was being serviced.
