Service Rep Tony was very professional and personable. Lamb Cadillac in Prescott was unable to diagnose problem so took car to Arrowhead Cadillac who identified the problem. At the time the issue occurred, the car was still under warranty. Due to Lamb's inability to identify the issue, the car went out of warranty and I had to pay out-of-pocket for the repair. My car is running great thanks to Arrowhead service technicians.
