Called the service department regarding an engine code and suggested coolant problem. The were able to take me in quickly (on Christmas Eve, no less), and replaced a broken thermostat. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable.

At first they just reset the battery & said code was cleared & come get car. Well that's not fixing the problem & I can clear a code myself. The thermostat code continued to be a problem on/off which is why we scheduled appointment. Finally after stating we wouldn't be picking up car until fixed..they found fluid leaking from radiator and thermostat did in fact have a problem. Then they fixed the issue.
