We came out of Walgreens to find a dead battery. We contacted our service rep., Dan Vega. He has been our service rep for 15 years and never disappointed. Dan contacted mobile service to help my wife and I, and within 20 minutes, Mel our mobile service rep showed up. He quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem and we agree on the solution together. I was treated courteously and they did not waste my time. They fixed what they could and were honest about not having or being able to find the part needed to fix my car's passenger seat. They told me obtaining the needed part would take several weeks. In the interim, they made the seat sufficiently comfortable so that it can be used. I'm pleased with all they did.
