Everybody seems to know what they are doing and do it in a professional way. I feel confident that what they are doing is the right thing to do and trust them with my favorite car of all time, a CTS4 from 2008 with 49,000 miles on it. I like that they have small sandwiches and ice cream available while you wait. They do a great job washing your car.

I like that the Cadillac personnel takes care of me right away. Not happy that I have a 5 year old car that has had its check engine light on and off for the last two years. I feel I have gotten a lemon. My car has 36K miles on it and don't feel this should be happening.
