My SUV was repaired right the first time. It was returned clean. The waiting area room was bright, clean, and comfortable. Refreshments were available. My service rep was outstanding. She showed interest in getting the repair done and that I was satisfied with my experience at the dealership.

I purchased a 2021 Cadillac XT5 sport which i found on line at Arrowhead Cadillac, my salesman was Dave Grossman. After working on a very fair purchase i flew into the airport (because i lived out of town) where Dave picked me up and took me back to the dealership to finalize the purchase. Dave is a very professional salesman and went over ever thing on the car with me before leaving the dealership. Dave is the best salesman i have ever worked with in all my years of buying cars.
