Everything was fine. They alerted me to my tires and we decided to go ahead and change them for new tires.
Honestly, Cadillac has gone downhill since 2019. I'm on my 3rd Escalade, and have purchased 5 vehicles from Arrowhead Cadillac. The sales guy I go through is 10/10, my service guy is 10/10, but this past service I had was not up to what Cadillac standards use to be. Their standards should go up not down especially with how expensive their vehicles are, along with the cost of everything now.
