Service experience We purchased our car from Arrowhead Cadillac in 2017. We were in for the Zaktek treatment and to have the oil changed. We love the fact that we can call in advance and have a rental car ready for us. Very convenient. Always a pleasant experience with Arrowhead Cadillac. Bill Large is an excellent service representative. Goes above and beyond to make us happy.

Excellent customer service! My new service rep, Bora, is fantastic! I walked in without an appointment and she was happy to meet with me, took time to listen to my concerns and ordered required parts on the spot. She didn't make me feel like I put her out. She even called me when the part arrived early to schedule the installation. She is very professional, polite and welcoming. Renee S

Awesome Customer Service Every time I have gone to Arrowhead Cadillac I have received top notch Service from the Maintenance Department representatives such as Bill Large. He has always taken great care of my needs from a simple oil change to a more complex warranty issue. I have never driven away from the dealership feeling dissatisfied with any of the people from the dealership. I will purchase my next vehicle from them.
